Groceries

Last night we went grocery shopping.

For the first time in two months…

Not that we haven’t eaten in two months, God no, we just have been mooching off our mothers and eating take-out; not a good plan when you’re trying to lose weight for a wedding, by-the-way!

We’re kind of broke right now so the grocery shop wasn’t particularly spectacular. In fact, it consisted of about 10 things:

Apple sauce

Granola bars

Ground beef

Carrots

One Green pepper

Almonds

Mushrooms

Apples

Boring, right? Well, we made spaghetti.

I know, not the most exciting first post in a blog that promises to discuss good food, but it’ll come – you just have to get back onto the horse when you fall off and I consider not cooking for almost three months quite a fall!
